Natalie’s Wins Best OJ in Cook’s Illustrated Magazine
Is the sunny image of our favorite breakfast juice actually just pulp fiction?
Date: March 1st, 2014
Because Natalie’s squeezes its juice within 24 hours of shipping it and doesn’t manipulate its flavor, the juice tasted “superfresh” and also exhibited a level of ethyl butyrate consistent with fresh fruit. Less processing also made its flavor more variable; tasters found the batch we sampled “almost tropical,” with notes of guava and mango.
