What is the reason for the merger?

Perricone Juices acquisition of Natalie’s Juices – two successful, family-driven businesses will allow us to combine networks and resources so we can deliver on our promise to our customers to produce the highest quality juices, more efficiently and effectively coast to coast on a national scale. Leveraging each brands strengths will help us achieve growth at a faster rate to continue to forge our brand reputation as the best juice provider in the nation.

Who is Perricone Farms?

Perricone Farms is the leading producer of premium craft juices in the country. Headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, the Company operates manufacturing facilities in Beaumont, California and Vero Beach, Florida. Perricone Farms was founded in 1994 by Sam Perricone, who was one of the largest citrus growers in the United States, along with his oldest son, Joe. Today, under the leadership of CEO Bob Rovzar, the Company continues to create delicious and healthy orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, tangerine, and apple juices in both conventional and organic varieties as well as essential citrus oils. Who will lead the combined entity and will the families stay involved?

Bob Rovzar, the CEO of Perricone Farms will be the day-to-day leader. Marygrace Sexton, Founder of Natalie’s Juices will be staying on as an in-house resident expert consultant.

Key members of the family that have built the Natalie’s brand over the past 35 years will remain invested in the new ownership and business and remain a key part of the leadership team.

Both families will continue to play active roles in the company as members of the senior leadership team (and will remain active investors in the new business entity), ensuring that the values and traditions that built these brands are upheld.

What is the name of the new company?

Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Co and Perricone Juices will operate under Perricone Juices. That said, we will continue to operate both brands as Natalie’s Juice and Perricone Farms, respectively.

Who owns the company?

Trivest Partners is the majority shareholder in Perricone Juices. Both Perricone and Sexton family members are also active investors in the company, in addition to several key members of the management team and employees.

Will the quality of the product change?

Rest assured, the quality of our juices will not change. With access to more procurement opportunities, our juice quality will only continue to get better. Both Natalie’s and Perricone Farms have a long-standing commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients and maintaining meticulous quality standards. You can expect the same world-class products as always.

Will the shelf life of the product change?

The shelf life of our products from the date of manufacture will remain the same.

Will your branding, label and/or packaging change?

The Natalie’s branding, label and packaging will remain the same and will not be changed.

Will distribution channels change?

Our distribution strategy will be evaluated in the coming months as we integrate both businesses. As we continue to optimize new growth opportunities, we will work diligently to bring Natalie’s nationwide to provide the world’s best juice at your fingertips.

Will procurement of ingredients change?

Our commitment to sourcing the highest quality ingredients remains unchanged, though we may explore new sourcing opportunities to enhance our offerings and quality.

Will you eliminate any product offerings?

There are currently no plans to eliminate products at this time. Should any change occur, we will provide ample notice and thorough communication. In fact, we anticipate offering more product selections as we integrate two businesses.

Will the quality of your customer service change?

No, our commitment to exceptional service remains unchanged, and we anticipate improved efficiency with our expanded operations.

Will you continue to sell your juice on your e-commerce site?

Yes, we will continue to sell our world-class juices online to have delivered to your door
