Chocolate Orange Tart

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients
2 cups chocolate graham crackers
4 tablespoons melted butter
Zest of 1 orange

Filling Ingredients
¼ cup orange juice
16oz dark chocolate chips
1.5 cups heavy cream
Zest of 1 orange

Toppings
Sliced oranges
Flaky sea salt

Directions

1. Make the crust by adding the graham crackers to a food processor and pulsing until it is fine crumbs.
2. To a mixing bowl, add the crumbs and the melted butter. Mix well.
3. Press mixture into a tart shell or pan.
4. Place in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
5. In a saucepan over medium-low heat combine heavy cream, orange juice, and orange zest.
6. Bring to a slow simmer, stirring continuously.
7. When it is simmering, add in the chocolate chips and continue to stir until completely melted.
8. Turn off heat and pour the filling into the chilled crust.
9. Place the whole tart into the fridge for 2 hours minimum.
10. Garnish with fresh orange slices and sea salt.
