Classic Brown Derby Cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz bourbon
1 oz Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice
½ oz honey syrup (½ honey, ½ water)
Ice
1 dehydrated grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Directions
Yields 1
1. Make the honey syrup by combining equal parts honey + hot water, stir until smooth.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup. Fill with ice and shake about 15 seconds until chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
4. With a cocktail pick, garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slices.
