Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients

½ cup Natalie’s Orange Juice
1 can cranberry sauce
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 wheel of brie cheese
1 sheet of puff pastry
¼ cup slivered almonds

Directions

1. In a saucepan combine the Natalie’s Orange Juice, cranberry sauce, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
2. While that is cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out the puff pastry sheet.
3. Slice the puff pastry into 24 squares and press the squares into muffin tins.
4. Remove the orange cranberry mixture from the stove and spoon a small amount into each puff pastry cup.
5. Top with a slice of brie cheese.
6. Bake for 15 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
7. Top with slivered almonds and enjoy!
