Frozen Margarita Monster Pops

Ingredients

2 cups Natalie’s Margarita Mix
2 tbsp blanco tequila
1 tbsp triple sec
Zest of 1 lime
¼ tsp salt
Candy eyeballs
¼ cup white chocolate melting chips

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl or pitcher whisk together the tequila, Natalie’s Margarita Mix, triple sec, lime zest, and salt.
2. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and add a stick to each one. Freeze overnight.
3. In a microwave safe bowl microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until melted, stirring in between.
4. Remove the popsicles from the molds and use a spoon to add 2 (or more!) dots of white chocolate to a popsicle.
5. Press the candy eyes into the chocolate and allow to sit for 10-15 seconds to firm up. Enjoy!
