Grapefruit Panna Cotta
Ingredients
1 cup Natalie’s Grapefruit juice
1 standard packet of gelatin
1 tbsp lemon juice
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup heavy cream
Optional for topping: whipped cream & pistachios
Directions
Yields 2
1.) In a mixing bowl add Natalie’s Grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and gelatin packet. Stir together and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
2.) In a saucepan whisk together the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
3.) Remove from heat and pour in the grapefruit mixture.
4.) Pour into 2 small dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5.) When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
