Honey Paloma

Ingredients
3 oz Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice
3 oz grapefruit sparkling water
3 oz tequila
ice
Salt for rim
Grapefruit slices for garnish
For ½ oz honey syrup:
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
Directions
Yields 2
1.) In a small bowl combine the honey and water to create a honey syrup.
2.) In a cocktail shaker combine Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice, honey syrup, tequila, and ice. Shake well for 30 seconds.
3.) Rim 2 glasses with a wedge of grapefruit and dip the rim into flaky salt.
4.) Fill 2 glasses with ice and strain the Honey Paloma into each glass.
5.) Top with sparkling water then garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
