Margarita Ice Pop Flight
Ingredients
- 3 oz Natalie’s Guava Lemonade
- 3 oz Natalie’s Blood Orange juice
- 3 oz Natalie’s Tangerine juice
- 3 oz Natalie’s Orange juice
- 6 oz blanco tequila
- 3 oz lime juice
- 3 oz triple sec
- 1 tbsp flaky sea salt
- Flavor add ins:
- 3 slices of jalapeno
- ½ a fresh guava, diced
- 5-6 mint leaves
- Blood orange slices
- Zest of 1 lime
- Tangerine slices
- ½ tbsp tajin
- Orange slices
- 12 small paper dixie cups
- 12 popsicle sticks
Directions
1. In a small pitcher stir together the tequila, lime juice, and triple sec.
2. Mix the different popsicle flavors in 4 separate cups
Guava Lemonade Jalapeno: Crush the jalapeno slices with the diced guava. Add in guava lemonade and 3 oz of the tequila mixture. Pour the guava jalapeno margarita into 3 small dixie cups and place on a sheet tray.
Blood Orange Mint: muddle mint with segments of blood orange. Add in blood orange juice and 3 oz tequila mixture. Pour the blood orange mint margarita into 3 dixie cups and place on the sheet tray.
Tangerine Lime: stir together lime zest, segments of tangerine, tangerine juice, and 3 oz of the tequila mixture. Pour tangerine lime margarita into 3 dixie cups and place on the sheet tray
Orange Tajin: stir together tajin, segments of orange, orange juice, and 3 oz of the tequila mixture. Pour the orange tajin margarita into 3 dixie cups and place on the sheet tray.
3. Place the sheet tray of margarita pops into the freezer for 1 hour. Once it has frozen slightly, stick a popsicle stick in each cup and freeze for another 2 hours until completely frozen.
4. When ready to serve, remove the popsicles from the freezer and let set for about 5 minutes to thaw enough to pull the paper cup off.
5. Sprinkle each pop with a bit of flaky sea salt and enjoy!
