¾ cup butter
3 cups sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
7oz marshmallow cream
16oz bag of white chocolate chips
6 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring
Toppings:

Directions
1. In a large saucepan over medium high heat combine the butter, sugar, and heavy cream
and Natalie’s Orange Juice. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat to medium and cook this mixture for 10 minutes, stirring often so the sugar doesn’t burn.
3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips. Continue
stirring this mixture until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
4. Add in food coloring and stir until it’s the desired color of orange.
5. Pour into a parchment lined 9×13 dish and top with sprinkles or white chocolate ghosts!
a. To make the white chocolate ghosts melt ¼ cup of white chocolate in a
microwave safe bowl
b. On a sheet of parchment add a small drop of melted chocolate to
the sheet.
c. Using the back of the spoon, spread the chocolate down in one swipe, creating a
ghost shape.
d. Add 2 eyes and a mouth to the ghosts with black gel food coloring.
e. Place in the fridge to set them quickly.
6. Allow the fudge to set for 2 hours (or 30 minutes in the fridge)
7. Slice and enjoy!
