Pot of Gold Parfait
Ingredients
1 cup Natalie’s Orange Pineapple Juice
1 cup milk
1 standard vanilla pudding packet
Zest of 1 orange
Mini gold sprinkles
Whipped cream
Directions
Yields 4
1.) In a mixing bowl combine Natalie’s Orange Pineapple Juice, milk, pudding, and orange zest. Whisk until combined and chill for 2 hours.
2.) When ready to serve, spoon into 4 small dishes and top with a dollop of whipped cream and gold sprinkles.
