Shamrock Gin Sour
Ingredients
2 oz Natalie’s Blood Orange juice
1 tbsp matcha powder
1.5 oz gin
½ oz lime juice
1 egg white
½ oz simple syrup
Ice
Dehydrated blood orange slice for garnish
Directions
Yields 1 serving
1.) In a cocktail shaker combine Natalie’s Blood Orange Juice, matcha powder, gin, lime juice, eggs white, simple syrup, and ice. Shake for 30-60 seconds.
2.) Strain into a glass and top with a blood orange slice.
