Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company Established as a Certified Women Owned Company
Date: September 11th, 2014FORT PIERCE, Fla. – September 11 , 2014 – Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company is certified as a women’s business enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as of August 22, 2014. The WBENC is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the U.S., as well as the nation’s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations. CEO, Marygrace Sexton, founded Natalie’s 25 years ago in Vero Beach, FL. The local company has since moved to Fort Pierce, FL, and remains family owned and operated to this day. The company has officially become women-owned with the transfer of company shares to Natalie and Lucy Sexton, daughters of Marygrace.
Natalie is the namesake of the company and became the Director of Marketing after graduating with a degree in Economics from Rollins College. Sister, Lucy Sexton, is currently pursuing a dual degree in Environmental Studies and Art, and has plans to take on a more active role at the company, post-graduation.
Natalie’s proudly produces 100% Florida Orange and Grapefruit Juice, as well as Honey Tangerine, Orange Pineapple, Orange Mango, Strawberry Lemonade, Natural Lemonade, Pure Lemon and Lime Juice, Margarita Mix, and Sweet & Sour Bar Mix. All juices are clean label products and squeezed fresh daily, with no preservatives or hidden ingredients.
Natalie’s Orange Juice has won eight National Awards for taste and nutrition by publications such as: Real Simple, Cooks Illustrated (2x), Good Housekeeping, Woman’s Day, and bon appétit magazines.
